After the admission in HOSTEL, No students shall be allowed to leave the hostel in any manner without the permission of the College Authority.
On arrival, a student will report to the Hostel Superintendent of their hostel and will tale possession of the room allotted for him / her after signing the inventory of the furniture, electrical items in the room. The students of a room are responsible for any damage to the furniture, fittings, walls etc. of the room allotted to him.
At the end of each semester, a student shall vacate his / her room and handover the charge of the room including all items on the inventory to the Hostel Superintendent. Any student’s desire of retaining his / her room during the vacation must seek Special Permission of the respective in charge.
Any act of intimidation or physical violence, willful damage to property or drunken and riots behavior constitutes an offences. Such offences will be brought before the DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE for action as per rule.
Use of Narcotics, Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages and gambling in any form is strictly prohibited.
Misuse of the electrical installations and wiring is punishable offences.
All quarrels and disputes amongst fellow boarded must be reported to the Hostel Superintendent .Strictly disciplinary action will be taken if any student is found taking the law into his/ her own hand.
Any urgently requirement of leave, an application should be placed to the desk of Principal or Hostel Committee and the allowed letter is to be submitted to the Hostel Superintendent before he/she leaves the hostel.
All boarders must return in the hostel within 7:00 pm sharp. No students should be allowed to leave the hostel beyond the mentioned time without assigning any special reason and under the consent of Hostel Superintendent.
