BASANTIKA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY (POLYTECHNIC) being an stalwart institution continuously striving towards providing educational, behavioral knowledge to the people concerned, has also achieved an unique feat by constructing a campaign as a part of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan . The campaign was mainly focused on requisite knowledge on use of environmental resources, setting up better sewage system and Health and Hygiene related topics to the nearby village Deucha Birbhum . The workshop was eventually summed up by providing important knowledge on personality development as well as overall progress of the village in terms of modern society.
In the wake of devastating worldwide pandemic wrecking havoc across nearby villages as the villagers faced further degradation in concerning levels of poverty, BIET(P) personnel supplied with emergency care packages to every household within reach, to help the poor people in their hour of need. As well as Monetary donations were also contributed to certain relief funds.
